One-component polyurethane waterproof coating
One-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a high molecular waterproofing coating which made out of the main materials of isocyanate,mixed with various additives.By reaction with atmospheric moisture, it will cure and become nontoxic,high elasticity waterproof material.
Recommended For
Roof waterproofing projects, underground waterproofing projects, waterproofing of pipe galleries, kitchens, bathrooms, pools, etc.
Packing
One-component polyurethane waterproof coating is available in 20kg/pail.
Reference dosage
Under normal conditions, when the thickness of the waterproof layer coating is 1.0mm, the recommended dosage is about 1.6kg/㎡-1.8kg/㎡ (the actual dosage depends on the base condition and coating thickness).

Application Procedures
1. The base layer should be solid, flat, clean and dry (moisture content not more than 8%), with no dust, debris or oil stains on the surface, and theyang corners should be treated to have no sharp angles.
2. Polyurethane can be applied by scraping or spraying. When applying by scraping, the amount of each coat should be controlled at about 0.7kg. The thickness of the scraping should be uniform. The interval between each coat should be determined according to the temperature and humidity. The first coat should be cured and not sticky. When spraying, the amount of each coat should be controlled at about 1kg according to the spraying equipment. Multiple coats should be applied to reach the designed thickness.
Attentions
1.The coating must be tightly used up within two hours.
2.Do not construct in sleet and sand blown by the wind. Avoid constructing in high temperature at noon or under 5℃
Limitation
- Not subject to any traffic and must be protected by protective screed or polystyrene board.
- Do not apply with high consumption than recommended amount.

Transportation and storage
During transportation and storage, different types of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Do not approach fire sources, avoid sun and rain, prevent collision, and pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature 5℃~40℃. Stack up to three layers. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of sealed packaging is 6 months.
