1.Description:

SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane with Aluminum film is styrene, butadiene, styrene (SBS) made of modified bitumen as dip-coating materials, polyester felt, glass fibre reinforced polyester felt as the tyre base, fine sand mineral granules (sheet) material, PE membrane, aluminium membrane and so on for the cover material made of waterproofing membrane.

Roof waterproofing project(Especially for exposed roof).

Underground waterproofing project.

Waterproofing of pipe corridors, pools, roads, bridges, etc.

 

3.Product features:

(1) Good resistance to high and low temperatures, the roll material remains unchanged in hot areas or environments, maintaining good waterproof performance and avoiding problems such as flow and deformation. It is particularly suitable for waterproofing building roofs in areas with high temperatures or strong solar radiation; In low temperature environments, it can still maintain a certain degree of flexibility without affecting normal construction.

(2) Excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance, able to maintain good performance in various complex climatic conditions for a long time, not easily aged or brittle, with a long service life.

4.construction technology

(1) Base treatment: Clean the base to make it solid, flat, dry, and clean, and apply base treatment agent.

(2) Additional layer construction: Additional layers are applied to areas such as internal and external corners, pipe roots, etc.

(3) Large scale construction: Spread the roll material according to the reference line, use a flame spray gun to bake the bottom and base of the roll material, roll the roll material while baking, and compact it with a pressure roller.

(4) Overlapping treatment: Seal the overlapping area with hot melt method to ensure tightness

5.Storage and transportation 

During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sunshine and rain, pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature should not be higher than 50 ℃, membrane storage height of no more than five layers of flat storage, vertical storage in a single layer of stacking. Prevent tilting or side pressure during transport. Under normal storage and transport conditions, the shelf life is 1 year.
