The basement adopts the concrete structure self waterproofing plus flexible waterproofing scheme, and the flexible waterproofing is mainly one component polyurethane waterproof coating; The roof adopts the waterproof design combining rigid waterproofing, coating and coiled material.

During the construction of the project, Luban waterproofing cooperated with the general contractor Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. to pay close attention to the construction quality without letting off any hidden dangers. It took 620 days to complete the project according to the quality and on schedule. The project won the Luban Award (National Quality Award) of the first batch of China construction projects from 2016 to 2017.
