Application Procedures

Dry Paving Method

The substrate shall be solid, flat, clean and dry with moisture content ≤8%. Remove dust, debris and grease completely. Internal and external corners shall be formed into fillet arcs or 45‑degree chamfers.

Apply asphalt‑based primer evenly on substrate to eliminate floating dust and improve bonding strength. Avoid missing brushing or bare spots. Start membrane installation only after the primer becomes dry and non‑tacky.

Snap control lines on substrate following planned paving direction, pre‑lay the membrane aligning with marked lines.

Peel off the release film on membrane back side gradually. Lay the membrane from low‑lying area to high‑lying area following drainage slope. Use squeegee or roller to squeeze out trapped air underneath, make membrane flat and fully bonded.

Wet Paving Method

Make sure substrate is solid, flat, clean and free of dust and grease. Internal and external corners shall be finished as fillet arcs or 45‑degree chamfers.

Mix special cement‑based adhesive powder with water at ratio 1:100 and stir into uniform slurry. Adjust water dosage according to local climate and substrate humidity.

Snap control lines and pre‑position membrane as per design direction. Keep substrate in proper wet condition. Scrape or brush polymer adhesive slurry onto substrate. Before slurry dries, peel off back‑side release liner and lay the membrane.

Use squeegee or roller to squeeze out trapped air and excess adhesive slurry sideways. Ensure flat & tight laying. Prevent slurry contaminating overlapping seams. Do not walk on the newly laid membrane within 24 hours after installation.

Storage & Transportation

Different types and specifications shall be stacked separately, do not mix‑stack. Keep away from direct sunlight and rain; maintain good ventilation.

• Storage temperature: ≤45 °C
• Flat stacking: maximum 5 layers high
• Vertical storage: single‑layer stacking only Avoid tilting and side pressure during transportation. Under proper storage & transport conditions, shelf life is 12 months (1 year).
