1. Product features:

(4) 100% pure polyurethane, after the paint seeps into water, it reacts with water to cure into a film, which is especially suitable for construction on projects with wet substrates and complex structures. 2. Scope of application

This paint is suitable for roof waterproofing projects; underground waterproofing projects; waterproofing of corridors, kitchens and bathrooms, pools, etc.

Construction process

(1) Grass-roots requirements: the base surface is required to be solid, flat, clean, dry, and free of sharp protrusions. All holes need to be smoothed with cement mortar, and defects such as honeycomb surfaces should also be repaired. The yin and yang angles, tube roots and other nodes are made into arcs with cement mortar.

(2) Brush the grass-roots treatment agent: Before the construction of the waterproof layer, a grass-roots treatment agent should be applied to the base surface for the base surface treatment, so that the base surface can meet the requirements of the waterproof construction operation and enhance the bonding strength of the waterproof layer and the base surface.

(3) Reinforcement treatment of detailed nodes: make a circular arc at the yin and yang angle, smear the yin angle into D>50mm, and the yang angle D>20mm, paint the nodes that penetrate the pipeline, etc. first, and then cut the fetal body enhancement material. After the coating film is cured, the fetus body is covered with non-woven fabric. The paving should be straight, flat, and wrinkle-free. Finally, the roller should be pressed and adhered firmly, and there should be no empty drums, openings and other defects.

(5) Large-area painting of waterproof paint:

A. It should be applied thinly many times, and the thickness of each brush should be about 0.5mm.

B. Wait for the first time to dry before painting for the second time. The upper and lower two brushes should be perpendicular to each other. Painting interval: It can be determined on the site according to the construction situation. The drying time of the coating surface is about 12 hours, and the previous coating time interval shall prevail.

C. Use paint to quantitatively control the thickness. When doing the next process, pay attention not to let the hard object damage the waterproof coating film, so as not to affect the overall waterproofing effect. If there is any damage, notify the waterproof construction personnel to repair it and continue the coating.

Reference dosage: Under normal conditions, when the thickness of the waterproof coating is 1.0mm, the recommended dosage is about 1.6kg/m2-1.8kg/m2 (the actual dosage depends on the grass-roots situation and the coating thickness).
