Waterproofing construction of basement exterior wall of Anji rewei Technology: this project is different from other ordinary waterproofing works. Since the basement wall designed by Party A is of fair faced concrete, it is impossible to repair it again in the later stage, so it is required that the waterproofing of exterior wall of this project must be foolproof.

The original exterior wall waterproofing design is 1.5-thick adhesive EPDM waterproofing membrane. Due to certain humidity on the exterior wall of the basement, the waterproofing membrane has been hollowed out and fallen off during the construction (as shown in the figure), which cannot meet the waterproofing requirements of the project. In view of this, the owner requests to change the design scheme and construction team. Luban waterproof construction team will take over the waterproof construction project.

After taking over the project, the construction personnel redesigned the waterproofing scheme according to the particularity of the project:

The original waterproof materials are removed, and the construction scheme of Lvdu brand 1.5mm thick self-healing polymer cement waterproof coating compounded with 1.5mm thick self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material (wet paving method) is adopted. Because the self-healing waterproof coating has the characteristics of self-healing and maintenance free, it just meets the design requirements and effectively avoids the secondary maintenance and plugging in the later stage.

Time is the best inspection standard. After five years of construction, there is no leakage in the inner wall, and the waterproof coiled material is intact without falling off.
