Project Overview: The China Silk Museum is located by the West Lake in Hangzhou. It is a national specialized silk museum and the largest silk museum in the world. It is a provincial-level deputy department level institution in Zhejiang Province, covering an area of five hectares, with a building area of 8000 square meters and an exhibition area of 3000 square meters. It was officially opened to the public on February 26, 1992.
