Project Overview: The new building project of CITIC Bank Hangzhou Branch has a total construction area of 62524 square meters, a building height of 99.9 meters, 20 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, and a waterproofing construction area of 20000 square meters. The basement of the building has three floors and is constructed using the "two walls in one" method. Our company sent technical personnel to participate in the drawing review before the construction site, and proposed a unique idea for the joint steel of the underground continuous wall, which is to use a "king" shaped joint steel plate to maximize the waterproof effect of the joint; The connection between the underground continuous wall and the waterproof layer of the bottom plate is a construction difficulty. The basement cushion layer uses 1.5mm thick EPDM waterproofing membrane, which is fully bonded with butyl adhesive. A lightweight partition wall is built 60cm inside the continuous wall (the bottom 40cm high is a reinforced concrete flip over, the same width as the wall) as the basement side wall in the future actual use process. The gap between the underground continuous wall and the lightweight partition wall is used as a drainage ditch. 1.5mm rapid setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is sprayed, and the construction height is 1m above the floor and bottom plate. The basement top plate and roof use 2mm cold scraping non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating+1.5mm EPDM waterproofing membrane (external reinforcement type) composite waterproof layer.
