(JS) Polymer cement waterproof coating
Polymer cement waterproof coating is two component composite waterproof coating which is com.posed of organic liquid of high quality modified acrylic emulsion together with the inorganic powder .lt is a kind of new type waterproof material that have high elasticity of organic materials and good durability ad-vantages of inorganic material.According to the application range, it can be divided into type l and type 2(As following).

Packing
JS liquid material is sealed and packed in plastic barrel(50kg/25kg per barrel) and the powder is sealed and packed in plastic bag(25kg per barrel).Or packed of liquid in Barrel:20kg/barrel.
Reference dosage
Under normal conditions, when the thickness of the waterproof layer coating is 1.0mm, the recommended dosage is about 1.5-2.2kg/㎡(the actual dosage depends on the base condition and coating thickness)

Application
1. Grass-roots level should be solid, flat, clean, no water,no dust and grease on the surface, flat facade intersection of Yin and yang corners should be made uniform,flat and smooth rounded corners,.
2. Coatings should be accurately measured according to the ratio,stirred evenly, and should be based on the effective time to determine the amount of each preparation,configured coating must be used up within 30min.
3. Detail node should do additional layer treatment additional layer practice: firstly fabric and secondly coating, additional fabric material should be nonwoven polyester fabric.
4. Polymer cement waterproof coating large construction can be used roller brush to brush or mechanical spraying, coating should be layered brush or spray, the coating should be uniform, coating should be until the previous coating dry film(to hand touch non-stick ). The direction of coating should be changed alternately when each coating is applied.
Attentions
- Construction should not be without ventilation environment,it will affect the film.
- Type l and ll can not mix to use.
Storage and transportation
This product is non-flammable and explosive material, and can be transported as general cargo. When transporting, it should be prevented from rain, expo-sure to sunshine and freezing, avoid extrusion and collision, and keep the package intact. The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place,and the storage temperature of the liquid component should not be lower than 5°C.Under normal storage and transport conditions, the shelf life of sealed pack-age is 6 months.
