Metal roof waterproof coating is a one component water-based waterproof coating made of acrylate copolymer lotion as the matrix, high-quality pigments, fillers and selected functional additives.

Reference dosage
Under normal conditions, when the thickness of the waterproof layer coating is 1.0mm, the recommended dosage is 2.3-2.5kg/㎡ (the actual dosage depends on the base condition and coating thickness).

Application Procedures
- The metal roof base requires rust removal and degreasing treatment, the surface is clean, and the metal plate interfaces and detailed nodes should be treated with an additional layer. The additional layer method is: firstly fabric and secondly application. The additional base material should be (30-50) g/㎡ polyester fiber non-woven fabric.
- Acrylic waterproof coating can be applied on large surfaces by roller brushing or mechanical spraying. The coating should be applied or sprayed in layers, and the coating should be even. The coating should be applied after the previous coating is dry and film-forming (no stickiness when touched). The coating direction should be changed alternately with each application, and the overlap width of the same layer of coating should be 30~50mm.
- The joint width of the paint waterproof layer should not be less than 100mm, and the joint surface should be cleaned before coating.
Limitation
- Not subject to any traffic and must be protected by protective screed or polystyrene board.
- Do not apply with high consumption than recommended amount.

Storage and transportation
- Transportation: This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, it should be protected from freezing, rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and the packaging should be kept intact.
- Storage: The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry place, away from direct sunlight, at a storage temperature of 5°C~40°C, and stacked in three layers at most. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of sealed packaging is 6 months.
