Microcapsule principle

1. Waterproof layer is split apart when concrete begins to crack.

2. The expansion material expands when it meets water,making the crack of waterproof layer shrunken.

3. The microcapsules rupture to form crystals and fill the shrunken cracks.

4. Completely repairing.

Application

1. The surfaces must be kept flat,film,clear and non-smear.The relatively large pitting and crevice should be mended with water-stopping mortar.internal/external corner and tube root shall be made into circular arc with cement mortar.

2. The material should be weighed and stir evenly.b

3. Apply by roller or brush and keep the paintcoat thin and evenly.

Attentions

1. Construction should not be less than 5°C degrees or in the rainy day.

2. Surface decoration construction should applied after waterproof coating completely solidification, completely solidification time is about2days, moist environment should be extended appropriately.

3. Liquid should be sealed and stored in a cool place above 5°C,powder should be stored in dry place.

4. Shelf life is about 6 months.
